I got the email about the price increase recently as well. I've been wanting to cancel but was afraid of losing the money I put into it (I don't use my credits fast enough!). The quality of the service hasn't been that bad overall though- I've actually had good writers so I've been torn about it. Yeah, the service has gone down hill since the owner changed hands. It took weeks until a task was assigned and the quality was not great. The new owner changed the conditions and from one month to the next I got 1/3 of the credits at the same price. I contacted him several times, but he didn't respond. Stay away from Burnyourtolist service they don't respect customers. I was a customer and it was the worst customer experience I’ve ever had.

It's not that it's hard, it's just I want to focus on other parts of the marketing and building and get the little things out of the way!
