I’m still here but have been busy, tired, or entertaining guests! I finally managed to get Aweber set up and going with my first autoresponder series. This particular site is more TNB/sniper hybrid and has the potential for the most traffic. It gets 50 or so uniques a day but it’s not converting. Since the affililate manager sent out the autoresponder series I thought I would try it on this blog. I just posted the form tonight so we’ll see how it goes.
No Clickbank sales since last week which is kind of a bummer. I’ve had about 445 hops for the week and no sales (that is a combination of all my sites). I looked at Google trends and saw that this niche is a little bit seasonal with the peak happening in the spring. So I don’t know if it’s my site or the product.
I also noticed some new competition for my sniper site that got all the CB earlier. I am firmly in #1 right now and have one Ezine article. I saw today that someone has 7 Ezine articles targeting the exact keyword phrase and they have it pointing to a Squidoo lens. They were just published today so that is probably going to help bump this guy up to the first page and compete with me. Great! So now I need to start writing some articles to keep my #1 spot. I liked it better when there wasn’t any competition! I had even reserved the Squidoo lens with that phrase using dashes and this guy used underscores. Blah!
