Google Sniper – Round 2
So no doubt that everyone knows that George Brown relaunched his Google Sniper product recently. I noticed I have been getting quite a few visitors to my blog for those looking to research this product. I have nothing but good things to say about the program. And I don’t hold it against George that he is almost half my age
The biggest thing I have learned from trying to set up several Google Sniper sites in the last few months is that you have to be RELENTLESS in choosing your keywords. By that, I mean you need to be ultra selective and don’t settle for so-so phrases. You need BUYING keywords. Just because you found a great two word phrase that meets all the criteria doesn’t mean anyone is going to get out their credit card. For example, say you are trying to sell an acne book. You found a phrase like “acne pictures” that has 10,000 exact a month (I have no idea, I just made that up) and zero competition. Sounds great right? Wrong. Those people are looking for pictures, not an acne treatment! I made this mistake so don’t you make it too! You need phrases like “natural acne cure” or “stop acne fast” or “get rid of acne”, etc. Take my word on this one! You will be spinning your wheels wondering why you have 50 visitors a day and only sold 1 or 2 books in a month.
Now that I know more than I did 6 months or so ago when I first bought the sniper WSO, I am planning on starting up the system again along side my Xfactor and Niche Blogger sites (yep, I am still working on these, too).
My best sniper site was making about $150 a month last summer (it is a seasonal niche so it’s died down now). I got distracted from the sniper method (too many shiny things) but I want to get back to it now so I don’t put all my eggs in one basket

Interesting, up to this point I have only built niche blogs. I need to look into sniper sites and xfactors. Thanks for the info.

Sounds like you found a pretty good one. Do the PR4s have the keyword in the title? You might have to work a little harder if it does. If not, it probably won’t be too hard. Keep me posted!

I found a really good keyword today. It has 4k monthly searches and about 15k competing sites but the first 5 spots are occupied by 2 – PR 4’s and 3 PR 2’s so I think I have a good chance. I was pretty greedy and also purchased both the .org and .net to prevent anyone else from competing. lol
It’s such a great KW that I think it would be a waste to use as an xfactor site so I think I am going to outsource someone to write the final post for me to use as a GS site. I really should start getting more sniper sites set up as additional income to earn along with my xfactor sites.
