It has 4k monthly searches and about 15k competing sites but the first 5 spots are occupied by 2 - PR 4's and 3 PR 2's so I think I have a good chance. I was pretty greedy and also purchased both the .org and .net to prevent anyone else from competing. lol It's such a great KW that I think it would be a waste to use as an xfactor site so I think I am going to outsource someone to write the final post for me to use as a GS site. I really should start getting more sniper sites set up as additional income to earn along with my xfactor sites. I found a really good keyword today.
