Update on Adsense and more fun with hacking
OK so I was premature in my Adsense happy dance…someone was actually click bombing me. Folks over at TNB forum read all about it but basically I used Statcounter to determine that two different IP addresses clicked my ads about 60 times in two days, give or take. I freaked out! That is not good. I banned their IPs on my host and reported it to Google so that hopefully I don’t get in trouble. I haven’t heard anything from Google yet and they say they may not get back to you if they don’t see a real threat. There hasn’t been a problem since then so hopefully Google lets me keep my account!
In other fun news, my site where I sell a product got hacked by the BaghdadSniper – or something like that. Uh yeah, that was fun. I had to reinstall Wordpress and recreate the site. Luckily I only had two pages to do over. It didn’t take but a few hours. I had a problem when upgrading a couple of weeks ago so I think that might have been the problem.
Eveything is back on track now, I hope. I will be updating maybe later tonight on my income from January.

Oh wow! I didn’t even know there was such hacking going on with WP. Also the click bombing sucks. Glad to hear that your account is still in good standing. I do fear about that. I should probably start putting statcounter on my sites as well.
