My sniper #2 site is charging right out of the gate! I’m still at #7 in Google today (#1 in MSN!) and I got 33 hops yesterday! 
I had 39 unique visitors so I am very excited and hopefully that first sale comes soon. I can only imagine when I get to #1 what the traffic will be!! The gravity on the product I am promoting is over 100 (might be 120 or something) so I hope that it will convert for me.
Sadly, this sniper site got more traffic than either of my 2 main TNB sites LOL Admittedly, I haven’t finished all the promoting on those yet. I have a UAW submission that is still waiting to go through but I heard they were having issues so we’ll see.
My first sniper site is sitting around #38 with nothing happening.
I did a few backlinks last night using the free version of Roboform to help (thanks for the tip, Other Sara 
)I think I will purchase it later. I am still slow creating new accounts.
One of the other domains I bought in the same niche as sniper #2 that I only have the default WordPress on is already ranking #18 so I will get some content up for that soon.
Another tip – make sure to sign up for any affiliate information that the vendor may have. I get emails containing lots of information on other ways to promote the product. I also got a huge report that is basically like free PLR content that I can use – no one else who is promoting the product is using it (I checked copyscape).
I also got another Amazon sale from product I linked in my eHow article! It’s expensive so I got over $2! Yay!

Yes, I have used the exact KW for all of my sites. That is something I am a stickler about
I think this time though I read the competition better and chose something with a smaller number of searches than I did with my TNB sites. I always check competition now without quotes and look at the page ranks of the top 10. If they are all 0,1, or 2 and maybe a 3, then it’s something worth looking at. If you have a bunch of 3, 4 or 5 sites, its gonna be really hard to move past them.
Congrats! The small victories are always encouraging. I have heard of Roboform but haven’t tried it yet, thanks for the tip.
I’m curious, why do you think the sniper sites are doing better than the TNB sites? Did you use the exact KWs in your domains for the TNB sites?
