I learned that you could get paid to write for Ehow a few months ago. The idea is that you write simple To-Do articles and then you get paid based on page views and Google ads revenue, figured with some kind of voodoo (no one knows for sure). I have 5 articles as of today and I will probably make the $10 payout this month after writing my first article in late February! I know it’s not a lot but it is motivating. We’ll see how it does over the long haul but I think if I can add a couple articles every few weeks, then I can maybe start making some extra cash. The articles keep working for you long after you have written them so it’s a great supplement. It’s so easy, I even got my mom started on it. She recently retired and likes to write so it’s a perfect gig. I’ll let you know how my articles are doing in my monthly earnings report but in the meantime you can check them out in my little Ehow widget on the left! A few of them I wrote in response to “requested articles” to get extra points but they are not necessarily great from the keyword perspective. I think I will pick my own titles from now on.
You can monetize the articles by adding affiliate links or you can link to your niche blogs in them. You should also social bookmark your articles to help increase your views.

Yes, I did buy the one from the guy in TNB forum and I was thinking about buying the other one. I pretty much have the idea though. I just started the end of February and with 4 articles I am at $9.52 LOL I have written a couple more in the past couple of days. Maybe that will satisfy my keyword research bug LOL I found myself looking at domains again today!!!
Did you buy any “how to make money” type of eHow books? I bought to and recommend Maria’s. My 1st month (I started Feb 24th or 25th) I made $0.25! LOL – that’s why I bought the book! Looks like this month I’m on track to making $40+ with my 42 articles (I had more but ehow got rid of 9 in the recent clean up).
You really don’t need the book though. As long as you do keyword research and choose longer keywords with at least 2000 searches and less than 10000 competition with decent Adsense CPC you should do great. Ehow has such great PR your article should land on page 1 of google for your keywords! Or if you write seasonally relevant articles, ehow loves these.
